Generated Output

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use. AI-generated videos and images may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for certain uses.

We do not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or appropriate for any specific purpose.

Content Restrictions

You may not use ImagineFX to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, violent, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or sexually abusive
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights

We may remove content, restrict generations, suspend accounts, or report activity where necessary.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment, credits, or an active subscription. Prices, credit amounts, validity periods, and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees. Credits are generally non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire according to the terms shown at purchase.

Refunds

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
